小窍门&温馨提示
汆丸子一定要把水煮开,关火后再放入丸子。这样全部丸子放进去再开火,丸子几乎同步熟透,这样的丸子嫩嫩的。
如果开着火做丸子,先放的熟了,后放的没熟,为了都熟透,势必要多煮一会儿,先放的丸子就煮老了。
